Welcome To My Store,
My name is Holly Thomas otherwise known as "Tootsie". Your probably wondering where on earth did she get her nickname from?
I got my nickname from my mother when I was a little girl. To this day she still calls me Tootsie at times.
Tootsie's Tutus was started from a visit I took to a local Baby Boutique.
I was shopping with my daughter and I fell in love with the Tutus in the store but I wasn't in love with the price tag. So I thought I would give it a shot and make one myself.
It turns out that the one I made for my daughter I ended up liking better than the one I saw in the store! I really enjoyed making the Tutu and my daughter really enjoyed wearing it.
That is how Tootsie's Tutus was started.
I feel that every little girl should feel like a Princess and have at least one Tutu in her wardrobe.
I absolutley love making and designing the Tutus.
I handmake and design them all myself and love every minute of it. They are full boutique style tutus without the Boutique prices.
