Shipping and Handling
Tootsie's Tutus packages all our Tutu's with care to ensure your Tutu's stay full through the shipping process. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipping. If you need the Tutu or Tutus sooner please email me and let me know and I will try my hardest to get it to you sooner. For those of you that are within 20 miles of Ladera Ranch I will save you the cost of shipping and deliver the order to you!
